@shankera Conceptually, I was thinking of an infographic like page 3 of Such a graphic does not have to follow the layout of page 3, it's just an example. The graphic would provide the steps/process what it takes to be from a proposal to enacted law. It may also define some terms (e.g. resolution, 'second reading') that are often used in the City Records. Note, the file is from the late 1990s or early 2000s, so its information may not be current. An intended audience would be the interested residents of Cleveland. (should document somewhere: but we're realizing two sort of distinct user groups) |
