A user encountered several issues when installing OpenBoxes using MySQL 8.0. More details to come. Update docs to highlight strict MySQL 5.7 support.

We need to test two scenarios

Fresh Ubuntu 20.04 with MySQL 8 installed by default
Migrating from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04 and upgrading to MySQL 8)

Some issues I've noticed so far in testing MySQL 8.0
