Replace current set of widgets with better KPIs including

fill rates (requisition, line item, piece)
receipt accuracy
cost of damaged / expired goods
requisition processing time (cannot do delivery time since we don't receive notification of receipt)

See metrics in this paper re: best practices.

Dashboard completely redesigned. Create new tickets for specific dashboard indicators.
