Some folks are using things like Speccy just to get a fully bundled and converted file, but this repo is where that should happen.
If you've not worked with Yargs before, we switched Spectral over a few months ago and you can just rip that code off: https://github.com/stoplightio/spectral
jsoai foo.yaml --resolve=local #default jsoai foo.yaml --resolve=file --resolve=http jsoai foo.yaml --resolve=file,http
These options should control which resolver strategies are used, now that v0.4.0 has #2.
