Make GPT4 aware of the evals format #143

Cause the GPT4 cutoff date it is not aware of OpenAI/evals format.

Can you add this knowledge to ChatGPT 4?

It could help as assistant to write conversion scripts without the need to prompt every time on the expected evals format.
