Describe the issue you're reporting

Scalar OID resource attributes were requested with #23373 and added with #25174

Scalar OID attributes are not supported but could be a reasonable enhancement, following this request.

This would be similar to the change in the aforementioned pull request- adding a ScalarOID field to AttributesConfig and properly creating Scalar and Column OID metrics with it. This would also be relevant to renaming 'OID' fields (see #26263)
