Courses: Console error with image

If you place an ordered/unordered list after the image:

When you click submit you get the following console error:

It then renders like this:

This also occurs with code blocks. I think it may have something to do some of the markdown rendering that gets wrapped around the image.

The wonky list + image rendering is a separate issue.

The error is possibly from PouchDB which is used to save drafts of course data as a person is creating the course. Could be a problem if this would result in lost data, but need to find a good way to replicate.

It isn't specific to images, it has something to do with editing the description.
