Collections: Number of courses should be independent #6758

For Courses and Library, if a user adds a new Collection, the total number of courses is showing for the new Collection. Isn't the Collections suppose to be independent? Specifically, if a new Collection is created, it should state something like Showing 0 of 0 courses.
