Library: Blank resource

Is there a use case for creating a resource without any files attached? If so, should there be some kind of UI change to show the user that it's empty? Like an (empty) field next to the title or something?

Adding (empty) label might not be appropriate. We can think about not allowing it be to added to course or not allowing them to add it to their library thought. Not sure if we want to do this.
