It still looks like hubs are not showing up on list. For example there is hub from leonard called
leo hub code leomaxipi08112019 name `leomaxipi08112019'
If we try to share news to community then this hub community does not show at all
Hubs with child are showing up but if hub does not have other child community then it is still hidden
Also may be adding label (hub) next to hub will be better

Closing this issue and opening a new one since the new issue is specific to hubs with no children.
