Profile : the profile image can not be updated without refresh the page

Not each time, but sometimes when I update the profile image, the profile image in the navigation bar and the profile page can not be updated immediately.

I think that's a caching issue. We alternate between img and img_ for the filename because it needs to change each time the profile image is updated.

Maybe to avoid we could do img_n where n is incremented each time.
