Meetups: add invite team option

I think adding an invite team to a meetup will be helpful besides invite member.

This is a bit lower priority since we are not focusing on meetups, but this would be a good place to start integrating teams into other parts of the application.

We should limit the teams to the ones that the current user is a member of.
