Error in opening resource page after clicking icon in right side of the toolbar in feedback list

I did

• clicked in manager page
• clicked in the feedback list
• click the bug of resource type
• clicked on the icon on right side of the toolbar and went to resource page

The resource page shows empty and end up with the error.

@paulbert @lmmrssa I cannot see the icon on right side of toolbar in feedback detail in development mode. is that icon is removed in dev?

If the resource does not exist on the local database we should not show that icon. Removing @Yuviii since this isn't a priority right now.
