Session transfer not working correctly

We get logged in to parent when we login to child planet. So navigating to parent already gives you session. But it gives error when we try to access logout on parent planet.

Something is incorrect with login_activities. We need to gracefully fail if there is not a value on the database available to record the logout and complete the logout
