Develop a Release Notes page

Develop a Release Notes page (/releases) using a standard text page template and GitHub API (https://docs.github.com/en/rest/releases/releases?apiVersion=2022-11-28#get-a-release-by-tag-name). Release Notes page should display a current release version description. It also should have a listing of previous versions down below. By clicking a version in the list user goes to a subpage (/releases/{version}) having the same template with the single difference — it should have a breadcrumbs component on top.
