Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:

What happened:
When using relative URLs some images don't follow the pattern, like the header image. This breaks the site template from being used on IPFS

What you expected to happen:
All images and links follow the relativeURL directive so sites can be hosted directly on IPFS.
