[pm] 2016 Roadmap

This is a "big" issue for creating a more detailed plan and roadmap for 2016 to deliver on the goals we have set.

I think there are 2 parts right now:

• Establish a mini-process for how we plan and work - even with the informal structure we have. Something like a (very) lightweight sprint planning process
  • This would also include where we do planning (e.g. github vs trello) and other minor things like that
• [pm] 2016Q1 Roadmap #401 Q1 2016 roadmap - subgoals and plan for Q1 2016. Would be relatively detailed
• Q2 2016 - vaguer outline
• Pencil in any key dates over the whole year and lock them in now (e.g. CSVConf, OKFestival, Hangouts etc)
