This can just go into the README.MD file. I don't think have a website is very necessary. I would argue in favour of having an RTD site with documentation.

I'm confused - this is about okfnlabs.org not dataconverters right (we are in the okfnlabs repo ...)

Argh, sorry. I mixed our discussion earlier into this. Agreed re: a get involved page. Do you want me to work on it? Or do you have something already?
