Buying, selling and renting a home can be a complicated and confusing process. We at Z-Wallet simplify that process. That's why Z-Wallet personalizes each person's experience. Using the ML approach for Zillows Improved Quality Listing Text, we understand that user preferences can be utilized as input in making the HomeOwnership journey unique. Fine graining a user's choice, even up to Quartz Countertops. Thanks to the power of ML, these things are recognizable in images.
Z_Wallet accepts categorized inputs from user.
During the Hack, we the Zestful team made use of the Bridge Web API Explorer Custom Query to filter specific field. Level of importance was scaled thus: Input your Bank Information --> Track your cashflows --> Save for a home --> and get real-time infomation about the real estate market in your preferred geogrpahical location.
- Cashflow: Your net cashflow is a combination of all your financial info e.g Bank Income/expenses, Assets, etc
- Recuring expenses e.g Rent - Positively impacts your Zscore metric, but is optional.
- (Saving in Z-fund)- Saving in Z-funds for a downpayment positively impacts your Zscore metric, but is optional.
- Insights:
Uses your savings to predict how long it will take you to afford a downpayment in your dream location e.g State, City, etc(using Zestimate)
Extra features: Housing Specifications.
- How many {Bedrooms, Bathrooms, ...} ?
As a user progresses in the journey of HomeOwnership, their integrity score, Z-score, is computed based on factors such as:
- Timelineess rental early payments, if listed. Why? Because things sych as these matter as regards to housing and amplifies an applicant's attitude as regards to money and housing. 40% of Z-score
- Consistency in following up with saving towards goal. 35% of Z-score.
- Cash flow, relative to assest: savings, salary, crypto assest. 30% of Z-score. if listed
