Help with clicking recaptcha and no image pops up?

Hello first off I want to say the code is awesome and works great when the Recaptcha comes up. But I want to know how I can add a check of some sort if when I click the Recaptcha check box and it passes through without requiring any image/audio selection. to keep the code running. Occasionally (like maybe 5% of the time when I click the Recaptcha button "I'm not a robot" I get the green checkmark and can carry on with the submit button but my code gets stuck because it is expecting the iframe and captcha screen to pop up for solving.

any help would be really appreciated!
