...On the left hand sidebar the Inbox folder is listed in all caps. "INBOX"

This is because your IMAP provider has the Inbox stored as INBOX. This is to facilitate localization and any custom names from IMAP.

https://i.imgur.com/rMGkaqL.png I don't think this is correct, or is it? Seems very odd that the container which isn't linked to any account specifically would say inbox when the others have common capitalization. Sorry for the poor description also. If you need anything else let me know.
