Double-click from explorer on path with spaces opens tab for each word

Using BrowseRouter 0.6.0.0.

In Windows Explorer, if I double-click a html file that has spaces in the name:

Then BrowseRouter opens a tab in Firefox for each word in the name:

Server not found appears where the page stopped loading before I could take a screenshot.

Here's my config:
