Describe the bug
If a user selects "dose calculation" in edknrc, the cavity dose output on the command line and in egslst is wrong and actually corresponds to the total energy deposited, not the dose (per incident particle).

To Reproduce
See attached input file. Run it with cavity calculation, then with dose calculation. Compare the cavity dose output in each run.

Expected behavior
If a user selects dose calculation, then the application should not report an erroneous cavity dose. Either omit the cavity dose output or correctly calculate the cavity dose.

Operating system
Not relevant.

Note that I have not tested all other calculation types, but this issue might also happen with the other options.
