Support parsing of NSE structured XML output in Ndiff and Zenmap #71

We don't need to have these tools alter their behavior in any way, but they both have fully-featured Nmap XML parsers that should be made to support NSE script output. This will encourage other tools to parse this output, especially those that may already use Ndiff as a parsing library.

This feature would be really useful for viewing large Nmap scan results in Zenmap. It's nice to be able to click through the different hosts in Zenmap rather than scrolling through a large file of many hosts, but without the output from the NSE scripts it's missing a huge amount of information.

Even just the simple text output (the same as in the .nmap output) would be a good starting point. Separating out the scripts into different sections that you could click on and expand / collapse would be a nice bonus.

Having a reverse index for scripts would be even better (e.g. pick one script and compare the output across all hosts), but I think that's a different request :-)
