A new installation of Nmap on Windows running nmap -A 192.168.1.0/24 results in a Windows Firewall alert partway through saying it is blocking some behavior of Nmap. We should:
Figure out what rules are needed to allow Nmap to do what it needs to.
Figure out what rules are needed for our other programs, too (Ncat, Nping).
Figure out what commands will allow us to create those rules on a new system.
Make those into a section in the Nmap installer.
Probably make a command-line switch for Nmap OEM installer to disable this, because redistribution licensees may wish to have greater control over the process.
