建议优化内外端口不一致的NAT机的配置过程 #4

被动模式下，如果内外端口不一致的NAT，会需要去NAT机上手工修改/etc/neko-status/config.yaml的端口号为内网端口号。
希望在下一个版本优化一下呀。谢谢
