strings.xml not found for translation - like other projects

Additional context
Great app btw, works well with the built-in call recording feature in Android's default AOSP Phone app, Crdroid ROM..

BCR-GUI is a Capacitor webapp, so it doesn't (directly) use Android strings.xml.
I'm working on a custom online tool... stay tuned 😉

I need some time to evaluate/configure them... meanwhile have a look here: #99
