draw line using pansil. then after goto Resize and resize canvas. the line is not resize

Hi Author,

I create a line using pencil. After create it . I go to Resize option & try to resize canvas using range selector. when I resize the canvas the line is resize only.

It seems to be a problem that the image decreases, but the line does not decrease.
