Latest (3.9.0)

Development Environment

Electron 9.0.4 & Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4

Current Behavior

Currently we can only blur all the image with the filter options.

Expected Behavior

In addition to the image blur option, we could have a blur tool to blur only some parts of the image.
