If you add a localization file, I and others can contribute in adding language files for it. So the translation is here and not in every single project.

nope. that is just if I put it locally.
But I thought it would be nice if my translations are available to others. And I can use theirs.

Thanks for your work so far. I've integrated this in our CMS. This will help many people doing small image-editing.
