Should be able to open separate buffer windows for file opening #2

Opening a new file from FP defaults to the last active window. This causes issues when going directly to FP from say.. the NERDTree window :P

Create a new buffer for new files
Add functionality similar to NERDTree where pressing 'i' or 's' or 't' on a selected file will open the buffer as a vertical,split, or tabbed window.

I'm not sure how NERDTree handles this so that it doesn't split onto itself..
