[IDEA] Option to create new transformer step below currently selected step

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating a new transformer, it's always placed at the bottom of the list. It would be very helpful to allow insertion at a specific part of the list.

It would increase channel development speed.

Describe the solution you'd like
When creating a transformer step, enable new task "Add New Step (under selected)" allowing its insertion below the currently selected transformer. Display same option on right-click of a step.
