**It seems there is no way to DELETE a code template library **
As the nextgenhealthcare APIs seems don't provide any way to remove code template library

REST endpoint for the deletion of a code template ibrary
I suggest the creation of a REST action allowing to delete a code template library like this, that is similar to the GET you already provided

e.g.
operation DELETE
https://localhost:31443/api/codeTemplateLibraries/58ed5552-3259-4aaa-afca-ca3098d9ba12
