Exporting while the server is down breaks the Administrator

Go to the edit channel view, then shut down the server. Try to save the channel, and it will pop-up a connection error alert. It will also ask you if you want to save the channel locally, since you obviously don't have connectivity to the server. However this doesn't work at all, because when exporting the client always does requests to the server to get encryption settings. After this happens the entire Administrator is basically broken, and you'll start seeing NPEs everywhere.
