Hi Antoine, You'll find the solution in the server.log file of your dcm4chee server. If it's a version 2 of dcm4chee that file will be somewhere in the folder /opt/dcm4chee-xxx/server/default/log. This doesn't look like a Mirth Connect problem ... it's just your dcm4chee instance that is not sending back an HL7 ACK message to Mirth. Best Regards Nico |

Hi,
I'm not an expert but I have a working worklist solution for 3 years with Mirth sending to DCM4CHEE and my modality machne asking DCM4CHEE for the worklist.
Suddenly it is not working anymore and I can not figure. There is a problem in the reply of DCM when Mirth is sending the data. Test for ip and port are ok.
I need help and don't know where I can get it.
I can pay for the support
