Hey guys!

As someone who is a recovering compulsive gambler and has heard the stories of numerous other compulsive gamblers (i.e. GA Meetings), I've been trying to look for an all-encompassing solution, or as close to one as I can find, for blocking gambling-related ads that could potentially trigger those of us still recovering.

Given how the "Pro" plan allows for unlimited requests/devices, the "Gambling" category can be blocked under Parental Control, and how the setup process is easy to explain and intuitive for all devices a person may have, I'm already at a near-perfect solution. However, I noticed that Hagezi's "Gambling" blocklist, which I believe is the best one out there and for a myriad of reasons, isn't included as an option to add under the Privacy section of the NextDNS dashboard.

I've compared NextDNS with Adguard DNS, in this regard, and discovered that Adguard lets you include this specific blocklist via their dashboard. However, the "10M Monthly DNS Requests" part of their paid plan has my split between going with either them or you guys.

Now, for all we know, this blocklist could already be included as part of the Parental Control functionality in terms of banning access to Gambling apps/sites. If that's the case, and upon any confirmation of it being the case, then I can just close this issue as Resolved .

Look forward to hearing from you guys!
Ryan
