Lack of maintenance of nextds/no-safesearch

Dear NextDNS Team,

I would like to contribute to the repository https://github.com/nextdns/no-safesearch, which is mentioned in this repository as main way to fix false positive or false negatives regarding no-safesearch.

In my opinion, the fastest way to find inappropriate content for children is to use search engines without safesearch.

Is there any reason, why I don't get any response to my PRs during the last months? What can we do to improve the current situation? Do you see a need and a possibility to improve my contributions? Should we create a CONTRIBUTING.md file, that explains what you expect from a contributor? This could prevent unnecessary discussions in general and could save a lot of work on your side.

I am looking forward to your opinion on this. Thank you very much in advance.
