nogroups remove all supplementary groups. Some programs require that the user is in one special group (games on traditional unix games for example). ATM we can't add nogroups to such profiles, which ends in all supplementary groups are still there. An option like nogroups.keep games to keep one or more listed groups if the user is already in this group and remove all other would allow us to make more tight profiles.
