keepassxc: app started from systemd user unit results in large mouse icon

I have a systemd user unit that starts KeepassXC firejailed and when the mouse is over its window, the mouse icon is larger than number, This is the only scenario where it happens--it does not happen when I run KeepassXC both normally and firejailed normally (i.e. via CLI or application launcher). It also does not when I run KeepassXC without firejail in the systemd user unit, so I don't think it's an environment variable thing.

Any ideas? Here's the simple systemd user unit:
