Added System text does not appear in exported parts

Steps to reproduce

1. open a file with multiple parts (mine had 3)
2. Add some System text to first part.
3. Export to PDF, choose that part only, the new system text does not appear in the PDF, only the Staff text for that part appears in the PDF
4. Close Musescore then reopen it by double-clicking the MSCZ file, then export the part again, the exported PDF will now contain the new System text. For some reason new System text is not being properly set up while the project is open, only when it is reopened.
