MusicXML import not working properly on MuseScore 4

Bug description

Here 2 identical .musicxml files with the same simple drum part: only 4 notes on snare drum.
The only difference between theese files is that one of them has additional instrument in element.

Expected: after import to MuseScore 4.3.0 both files play snare drum notes
Actual: only one file play snare sound, another one play low piano notes

This problem actual only for MuseScore 4+ version. (Version 3 or other software play both files as expected)

Steps to reproduce

1.download files attached (with_additional_instrument.txt and No_additional_instrument.txt)
2.change files extention from .txt to .musicxml (sorry for that, github does not allow to attach .musicxml)
3.open both files using MuseScore 4.3.0
