When on a text element such as title, composer, tempo mark, staff text, etc and using a screen reader there is no verbal feedback when you enter or leave edit mode.
Steps to reproduce
With screen reader speech enabled go to any text element and press F2 to begin editing it.
Notice - no verbal feedback from screen reader. I would expect to hear NVDA make the click sound that it makes when entering edit mode from its browse mode, but alternatively the words edit mode would do.
Arrow along or delete/change some text, all reads fine by screen reader.
Press Esc to leave Edit mode and again notice no feedback from the screen reader. NVDA usually makes a specific low pitched beep when leaving edit mode and moving back into browse mode, but if it just said Normal Mode that would do.
