As far as I can tell Serpent and Rackett are in MuseScore already?
At least I do find them in the add instruments dialog

Oh, geez, no idea how I missed that - guess I just took her word for it. But, the default sound for rackett is bar sax, which is rather un-rely-music-like :-). So I'll update the description.
