In continuous view (horizontal), doing anything that changes the width of a measure (i.e. adding a grace note or accidental to the first note) causes beams of grace notes after that measure to become misaligned to their stems. Switching to another view—page view or continuous view (vertical)—and switching back fixes the display, and it only seems to happen in horizontal continuous.
Steps to reproduce
Set view to "Continuous view (horizontal)"
Add some grace notes after the first measure of the score
Add a grace note to the first note in the score (or do anything that changes the width of the measure)
