[MU4 Issue] Instrument Range - Notehead colors - out of balance

Describe the bug
When a note is entered that is out of range for a particular instrument the notehead color changes. There are two out of range colors/states:

1. Out of range (amatuer = red)
2. Out of range (professional = weird green)

The current out of range colors are out of balance with the UI and feels weird.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create score with any wind or string instrument
2. Enter some notes
3. Move the notes (high and low) until you see the two out of range states
4. Feel the pain

Expected behavior
Out of range colors should be obvious and notify the user but also feel somewhat in balance with the UI.
