That's debatable. Many blocklists, indeed, make such rules third-party, as you wrote. But many block them completely too. I think, if some marketer wants to visit a marketing tracking site, he shouldn't use adblocker at all :-) |
Maybe. I'd at least add the subdomain itself as well for defense in depth in case we decide to remove the toplevel domain with a whitelist entry |
Hmm... I think, that subdomain will be whitelisted too. Didn't tested though. |
So you block the analytics,ab-testing and inapp purchasing connection but don't prevent people from reading about the company on their own website.
