Using the name 'all' for selecting all servers does not work, which means that the cron jobs fails as they are using "msm all ..."

I have set up the expectation and documentation for this to work, but have not implemented the special "all" name yet. For my current use I specify the specific server names I need in the cron jobs, but I will fix/enhance this soon.
