Creating new project the existing one should not be overridden #174

Describe the bug

The project name is generated to avoid duplication but it doesn't check if there is a project with the same name.

To Reproduce

While creating a new project check if there is a file name conflict and avoid it by changing the new project name or ask user to select one.

mpostol modified the milestones: Maintenace 4.2.1, Rel 5.0, Backlog
