Creating nem.o with forward to existing site

Hi,

I'm not familiar with DNS and BIND9 format. Could you please advise, how to create nem.o record forwarding to emelianov.com.ru (site without static IP)?

1. a cname record redirecting to sadhguru.org.

2. a txt record at host @ and ttl set to 21600 , and value is 'yandex-verification: 255615e3098831dd' , remove the inverted commas and add the value insise it
