I'm sorry if I chose the wrong section for my query, but today I noticed that I can't update images:

docker login didn't give a result either:

 Log in with your Docker ID or email address to push and pull images from Docker Hub. If you don't have a Docker ID, head over to https://hub.docker.com/ to create one.

But there is no Russian Federation in the list above. How can I continue my work now?

My answer: yes. We are blocked.
It ended up just using a proxy for docker.service:
nano /etc/docker/daemon.json
Add the following:

{
"registry-mirrors": ["https://mirror.gcr.io"]
}

service docker restart
